Stud Bulls

Previously, we were fully committed to using our own genetics, but we realise that that can't last forever. We have commenced our second AI program and hope to get an unrelated bull this way. In the meantime, our main sire, Hercules, is still working.

Amberfield Hercules

Hercules is the result of our first AI program. His Grand Champion sire won many broad ribbons at Sydney Royal Easter Show and other major events. We have successfully introduced his genetics into our herd. His mother has early 'Trangie' genetics; the final mix seems to have worked very well.

He is now our main stud bull with a number of stud calves entering our herd and competing in local shows.
